Job Description
Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of localized product advertising videos for North American markets, primarily supporting Amazon and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels. Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shooting plans based on customer pain points, key selling points, and real-life usage scenarios. Adapt video content for different platforms and requirements, including language, format, duration, compliance standards, and content structure. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, GTM, and Marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with product positioning and business objectives. Manage end-to-end production projects, including locations, talent/models, props, equipment, budgets, schedules, and timelines. Oversee on-site production, ensuring strong product presentation, storytelling, pacing, and conversion-focused execution. Guide post-production processes, including editing direction, subtitles, music, pacing, visual style, and revisions. Analyze advertising performance, Amazon conversion metrics, DTC conversion data, and sales feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Film, Media, Advertising, Marketing, Directing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of living, studying, or working experience in North America, with a strong understanding of local culture, consumer behavior, and communication styles. Proven experience in content planning, directing, producing, or video production; experience creating TikTok or social media content is a plus. Strong understanding of product advertising, conversion-focused videos, and performance-driven creative content. Excellent scripting, storytelling, and project management skills, with the ability to transform complex product features into compelling visual narratives. Familiarity with Amazon, DTC websites, and e-commerce video applications. Strong English communication skills; bilingual English and Chinese proficiency preferred for collaboration with headquarters. Experience in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, automotive accessories, outdoor products, or smart devices is preferred. Experience producing high-ROI advertising creatives, TikTok content, or product launch videos is preferred. Resume and portfolio submission are required.
