Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Post-Production Manager to coordinate and manage projects through pre-pro, editing, motion graphics, and finalization of multimedia content across various platforms. In this
IN OFFICE
role, you will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, supporting editors and motion graphics artists with timelines, organizing assets, administrative tasks, and ensuring quality assurance and communicating with clients and vendors. This role will also assist with creative decisions through asset searches and making sure projects align with creative concepts, and offers an exciting opportunity to someone who is highly organized, likes working with people and enjoys the creative field.

Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end post-production process for video and audio projects, from raw footage to final delivery. Collaborate closely with editors, motion graphics artists, crew, clients and vendors to ensure seamless integration of visual and audio elements. Utilize Microsoft applications, Adobe Photoshop, In Design, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications Oversee content editing workflows for broadcast, digital and social media platforms, ensuring optimized formatting for each. Coordinate project timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress effectively to meet deadlines. interpret scripts or briefs accurately Maintain high standards and quality assurance Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications for broadcast or digital distribution. Administrative support Qualifications Proven experience in production, post-production, advertising, graphic design and/or other project management roles Understanding using Microsoft applications, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other administrative tools Knowledge of social media platforms' specifications for content formatting and distribution. Familiarity with video production and post-production a plus Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders.
Pay:
$51,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
