Job Description

Tennis Channel is offering an unpaid fall internship for students centered on paid media and creative marketing. This role offers a hands-on, educational experience creating static and video assets that run across paid advertising placements in support of app subscription growth. The internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to paid media creative production, cross-channel adaptation, and creative testing while earning academic credit. Only students who are currently attending an accredited institution and registered for college credits at this institution during the Fall 2026 quarter or semester will be considered. Our internships are onsite in our Santa Monica, CA office. Key Learning Outcomes Understanding of paid media creative development across static and video formats Experience supporting creative for paid social and cross-channel ad campaigns Exposure to creative testing and how iteration drives app subscription growth Insight into how performance data informs creative decisions Development of skills adapting one creative concept across multiple formats and channels Learning Opportunities Creating static ad creative for use across all paid placements Producing quick-cut social videos for paid social campaigns Resizing and reformatting creative across our full channel mix so one concept flexes into every format needed Producing multiple creative variants — hooks, headlines, and visuals — as part of developing a creative testing framework Collaborating with the Growth Marketing team to translate campaign goals into creative direction Qualifications This is an unpaid internship Current college student eligible for academic credit from the college currently attending Currently a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited college or university Interest in graphic design, marketing, film/video, or creative production Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with design or motion tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment At least 18 years of age Available to be fully on site in our Santa Monica office Able to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and 2 days per week Tennis Channel is proud to be equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
