Associate Producer of Original Content - Bilingual (English - Spanish, French, German) Regular, F/T Summary Gaia is seeking a bilingual Associate Producer of Original Content. The Associate Producer supports the Producers across all facets of content production, including booking guests, fact-checking, scriptwriting, content research and development, coordinating studio and field shoots, guest relations, and sourcing B-roll and graphics for video editors. This role sits where traditional production meets AI-driven content creation. The candidate must be skilled in Adobe Premiere and comfortable using both After Effects and Photoshop. Hands-on experience with generative AI content creation tools is a core requirement, and the Associate Producer will regularly create AI-generated visual and audio assets for our series. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, a strong communicator, and able to handle multiple productions at once. US citizenship or an existing work visa is required Gaia subscribers strongly preferred Non-smoker Responsibilities Assist Producers in all areas of production Coordinate studio and field shoots Assist with fact-checking to ensure that all content meets the quality and legal standards of the network Manage workflows, calendars, and team communication Identify experts and book guests Assist editors with visual elements needed within the show, including sourcing B-roll and graphics Create AI-generated B-roll, cinematic recreations, and supporting visual assets for series and social content Handle all show releases and work with Business Affairs on rights, clearances, and likeness considerations for AI-generated material Create, organize, and update production notes on all show series Assist Producers in developing new and interesting approaches to producing esoteric and conscious content AI Content Creation Hands-on experience with generative AI is a core requirement. The Associate Producer will create and manage AI-generated visual and audio assets, including B-roll, cinematic recreations, and character and location references, to support Producers and editors across studio, field, and social content.

Candidates should bring:

AI image and video generation. Working proficiency with platforms such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Seedance, Flux, or comparable tools, including reference-driven and image-to-video workflows. Prompt writing. The ability to translate a script, witness account, or producer brief into detailed prompts covering camera, lens, lighting, action, and audio, and to keep iterating until the result matches the brief. Visual consistency. Experience building and using character sheets, location references, and style guides so recurring characters and settings hold from shot to shot. AI audio. Familiarity with tools such as ElevenLabs for voice and sound design and Suno for music. Research and writing with AI. Experience using LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, outlines, script drafts, and guest prep, with every claim independently fact-checked before it reaches air. Troubleshooting. The ability to diagnose and fix common generation problems, including anatomy and scale errors, identity drift between shots, content-filter flags, and continuity breaks. Organization. Disciplined management of prompt libraries, reference assets, and generation logs so work is reusable and hand-offs to editors are clean. Transparency and ethics. Sound judgment in keeping AI recreations clearly identified and never presented as archival footage or evidence, and in respecting likeness and copyright. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree 2+ years of Associate Producer experience in a major market, producing content for popular SVODs and/or traditional TV networks Bilingual in English/French, English/Spanish, or English/German required Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI content creation tools, as outlined above Must be willing to take direction and be flexible with job duties on a daily basis Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-assisted localization, including AI dubbing and translation tools, and using bilingual skills to review translated scripts, subtitles, and voice tracks Experience finishing AI assets in Premiere and After Effects, such as upscaling, grain matching, and compositing with live-action footage Please include a link to a portfolio or reel of AI-generated work with your application.
