Logo Motive in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is currently seeking to hire a Production Manager. You will be responsible overseeing and managing production in our screen print, embroidery and heat press departments. Must have experience working in a screen printing and embroidery shop. Must be familiar with Ink mixing, coating and burning screens, press and embroidery machine maintenance. Experience with Quickbooks, Adobe illustrator, and embroidery digitizing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the production team activities Analyze production statistics to identify areas of improvement Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Report on team and individual performance Streamline processes to optimize workflow Build team atmosphere Scheduling production jobs Ensuring accuracy of products and orders Keeping accurate print and embroidery Run Sheets Help determine lead times based on workload Order supplies and negotiate better pricing

Qualifications:
