This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of all job functions while promoting high-quality standards and on-time delivery to customers. The Production Manager is a hands-on leader committed to continuous improvement, safety, and team development. Primary Duties Own and continuously improve plant processes, increasing efficiencies and productivity without compromising product quality. Manage production schedules to meet fabrication and installation goals, ensuring labor and resources align with operational demand. Lead daily scheduling, crew coordination, and prioritization of job assignments to meet customer expectations. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality specifications, sanitation practices, and regulatory requirements. Oversee production equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. Inspect the quality of work in progress and ensure finished products meet all specifications. Act as a key problem solver for staff, offering guidance and support in resolving daily operational issues. Maintain and generate daily production reports, ensuring accurate output and performance tracking operational. Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve production challenges. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Occasionally drive a company vehicle to job sites or project areas. Assist in physical inventory counts and reporting. May be assigned facility maintenance duties as needed.
