Full Job Description Primary Responsibilities:
Manage technical operations supporting television, radio, streaming, and digital broadcast services. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadcast, production, transmission, and IT systems. Coordinate technical support for live broadcasts, special events, and remote productions. Supervise engineering and technical personnel, assigning work priorities and monitoring performance. Ensure broadcast systems operate efficiently and minimize on-air disruptions and technical downtime. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for broadcast equipment and infrastructure. Coordinate installation, testing, and deployment of new technologies, equipment, and system upgrades.
