WAREHOUSE & PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER

ABOUT LEILUNA LABS
Leiluna Labs is a boutique manufacturing facility in Tampa, FL, specializing in high-quality health and wellness products: dietary supplements and cosmetics. We produce for our own portfolio of health & wellness brands as part of the NOVAEO EcoSystem, a growing network of entrepreneur-led businesses. We run a small, tight-knit team of 4 to 9 people plus leadership. The culture is casual and personable, but productive and highly committed. We get things done without corporate masks.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role starts with an hourly wage, but it's designed to evolve: PHASE 1: "
PERSONAL GROWTH MODE

YOUR ROLE
You will: Run day-to-day production: powder filling, liquid filling, order fulfillment, receiving, dispatch Manage inventory and warehouse layout, optimizing as we grow Troubleshoot and maintain equipment (filling machines, heat sealers, labelers, HVAC systems) Lead, train, and hold the production team accountable to performance standards Develop associates into Shift Leaders, PICs (Persons In Charge), and Mentors Champion team morale and positivity—foster an environment where people are focused, motivated, and proud Set up new machinery as we scale into blending, capsules, and new product types Scale production capacity as we take on new private-label clients, 3PL partnerships, and inventory management services Work alongside leadership to continuously introduce and scale AI into our facility and operations Embrace a mindset of continuous evolution and improvement
Note:
You don't need to be a robotics technician, but utilizing AI to troubleshoot and repair is valuable.

HOW WE WORK
Leadership is mostly remote but accessible during Phase 1. On-site, you're the leader. Your day-to-day support comes from an experienced remote team available live throughout every warehouse shift via Zoom, accessed through multiple iPad stations on the floor.

TECHNOLOGY & AI
We build our systems and solve problems with technology at the center. Communicate daily with the remote team through Google Chat, Google Meet, recorded videos, and audio Work with database and ERP tools like Baserow, Google Workspace, and ShipStation Use AI as a real tool, not a gimmick —for diagnosing machine issues, researching questions, optimizing processes Collaborate with our tech team to connect floor operations with digital systems You don't need to know how to code, but you should share our mindset that technology is the future In the near future: We're testing smart glasses with camera, microphone, and speaker so remote team members and AI agents can see what you see and communicate in real-time for material picking, quality checks, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization.
YOUR FIRST MONTHS

Would you be comfortable with this? The only requirement is that you are dedicated and eager to learn. How soon could you start? We are looking to incorporate someone immediately.
