Applicants without it will not be considered. About the Role We design, print, and deliver elite wraps, signs, and large-format graphics that help brands stand out, from MLB teams to major franchises and everything in between. We're hiring a Production Manager to run the shop floor at our Tampa location. You'll keep every job moving from print to lamination to install to delivery, hold quality to an elite standard, and build the systems that let us scale. You'll report directly to the CEO. What You'll Do Own daily shop operations and production flow Build and manage the production schedule around shop capacity Assign installers and production staff based on skill and workload Coordinate with sales, design, and project management on timelines and specs Establish and enforce production standards and SOPs Inspect completed work against approved specifications before delivery Track labor hours by job to improve productivity and estimating Manage vinyl, laminate, and supply inventory Reduce wasted vinyl and costly reprints Train and coach installers and production employees Maintain printers, laminators, and cutters, and coordinate service Troubleshoot production issues, from color and file problems to tricky installs Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe How You'll Be Measured Jobs completed per week, on-time completion, labor hours per job, installation productivity, rework %, material waste %, production backlog, and gross margin by job. Required 3+ years in vehicle wrap, sign, or large-format print production Hands-on experience with wide-format printers, laminators, and cutters (Roland, HP, Mimaki, Summa, or similar) Working knowledge of cast vs. calendared vinyl and wrap installation Experience scheduling production and leading or training a team Comfort with job costing, labor tracking, and inventory Ability to work in a shop and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred 3M or Avery Dennison certification Experience building SOPs Comfort with digital tools such as Airtable, Zapier, or similar Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation Base salary: $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience Performance bonus tied to production results (on-time completion, rework, waste, and gross margin by job) Health insurance, paid time off, employee discount, professional development assistance, and referral program A real opportunity to build with a brand, not just work for one, with a path to a larger leadership role as we grow About EG Wraps For over 25 years, we've combined design, print, and production to create visuals that connect.
