Plan, coordinate, and supervise all daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Continuously evaluate processes to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and cost-effectiveness. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods. Monitor stock usage, forecast needs, and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment while minimizing waste and overstock. Ensure all products are manufactured according to established formulations and company standards. Maintain strict attention to detail by monitoring temperatures, measurements, curing processes, and batch consistency. Enforce adherence to safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. Organize, lead, and support the production team. Provide hands-on training to new and existing employees on proper techniques, equipment usage, and standard operating procedures. Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment. Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of all production equipment. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and coordinate repairs or improvements when needed. Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and inventory reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, waste, and efficiency, and report findings to leadership. Promote and enforce workplace safety standards, ensuring all team members follow proper handling procedures for ingredients, equipment, and tools. Identify and implement improvements in production processes, workflow organization, and team performance to support company growth and scalability.
