A Producer plans and coordinates elements needed to create a film, television show, theater production, musical production or radio show. Works with writers, composers and artistic directors to develop ideas and scripts; oversees rehearsals or production schedule and budget; recruits financing to support production and marketing costs; negotiates distribution agreements. May also work on television or radio advertisements.
As the Multi-Site Production Manager, you are an integral member of the Production team. The Multi-Site Production Manager is responsible for leading and supporting production operations across all Connection Pointe locations by overseeing production systems, developing volunteers and staff, and ensuring consistent execution of technical production for weekend services and ministry events. This role partners closely with the Production and Creative Arts teams to deliver excellent, distraction-free worship experiences while supporting special events, production standards, and ongoing system improvements. Build, recruit, develop, and shepherd healthy volunteer production teams by fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, servant leadership, and spiritual growth, creating meaningful opportunities for people to serve and connect in ministry. Partner with the Production Director, Creative Arts team, ministry leaders, and campus staff to plan and execute production support for weekend services, special events, and ministry initiatives that strengthen engagement across the church.

Can safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of production and ministry environments. What We Are Looking For 4-6 years of experience in church production, live event production, or a comparable technical production environment preferred. Experience leading teams and developing volunteers required. Formal education in production, media, theater, or a related field is beneficial but no required.
