We're looking for a Theatre Shift Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead with purpose, positivity, and popcorn.What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day theatre operations to ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment
- Creating efficient employee schedules that balance staffing needs and labor targets
- Hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Solving problems quickly and calmly
- Serving guests and stepping in wherever needed — including concessions
- Managing cash handling, inventory, and daily reports
- Following and enforcing all safety, labor, and food regulations
- Supporting the General Manager and jumping into other duties as needed
You Might Be Our Perfect Fit If You:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (college experience is a plus)
- 1-2 years of experience supervising or managing a team in entertainment, food service, or retail is preferred
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Love movies and creating great guest experiences
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Keep a cool head under pressure
- Can stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift (with or without reasonable accommodation)
