Sukhino Float & Wellness has TWO locations, and this position will rotate between both of them. Sukhino Float Center & Salt Cave is located at 802 E. Market Street, in the lowest level of the Kula Center in New Albany, IN, and Sukhino Express Wellness is only a half mile away at 137 E. Market Street. Our team members work part-time or full-time (12-38 hours per week across 3-5 shifts), and are eager to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. We are open 6 days a week, and shift times vary, depending on the day and location. Shift times could be any of the following: 9-3:30, 9-5, 10-6, 3-8:30, 3:45-8. For this opening, you must be available for evening shifts, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We are not a seasonal business and do not hire seasonal team members. You must be passionate about holistic wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their very best. Ideally, you're already well-versed in the benefits of at least some of our services: float therapy, halotherapy, red light therapy, massage chairs, vibroacoustic therapy, and infrared therapy. Responsibilities Sharing information about our services with our guests Cleaning the facilities and preparing for guests Checking guests in and out before and after their services Answering the phone and helping guests with questions Scheduling appointments Maintaining awareness of multiple situations at once Responding to inquiries about our services Selling products and service packages in person and over the phone Washing and folding laundry and washing dishes Anticipating the guest's next need Having meaningful conversations with our guests in order to offer packages or memberships that fit their needs Desired Skills Attention to detail
