Production Control Manager

Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
  • Production Manager
  • to oversee manufacturing operations within a dynamic industrial environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met. This leadership role requires a strong background in manufacturing management, process improvement, and supply chain coordination. The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production flow and adherence to safety protocols. Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and MRP to optimize resource utilization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations. Manage production planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis to meet customer demands while minimizing costs. Utilize Excel data analysis and supply chain analytics tools to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and improve supply chain management strategies. Lead cross-functional teams including operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain departments through effective communication and team leadership. Implement process improvements through manufacturing management systems to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency. Ensure proper training of staff on production management systems, assembly procedures, and safety standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost control; report findings to senior management. Requirements Proven experience in

  • procedures and safety standards within manufacturing settings. Experience with
  • plant management
