Job Description Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management:

Owning schedules, tracking, and workflow organization across various 2D and 3D assets.

Dependency Tracking:

Utilizing dependency-driven production methods to match artistic goals with tight live-service production cadences and technical limitations.

•  

Communication:

Bridge gaps between artists, directors, cross-functional teams, and external partners to clear blockers and deliver actionable feedback.

•  

Quality Assurance:

Facilitate reports flagging at risk content to dependent teams. •  Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed art related teams. Bonus points for working on a Live Service Game.
•  Deep understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices and tools.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•  Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
•  Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels, even in challenging situations.
