We're looking for a Senior Associate, Global Brand to run the operations of a practice (the pipeline, the library, the entries, the logistics) and to draft with confidence. THE WORK
As Senior Associate, Global Brand, you keep a practice's operations running: trackers, the asset library, portals, deadlines, and logistics. You draft first versions in house style, check work against the brand guidelines, and compile the data behind the practice's reports. You are two years into the craft and ready to own more of it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain the practice's pipeline, library, or calendar; tag and file assets within five working days Keep the central brand and asset library organized for teams, agencies, and partners Run a first brand check on drafts: voice, visual identity, and usage standards Manage logistics: deadlines, portals, fees, registration, evidence files, and QA Draft packages, decks, posts, or briefs in house style for review Coordinate production with editors, designers, photographers, videographers, and vendors Compile performance data and early insights for the practice's monthly reports Monitor social and press mentions; flag risks and opportunities to the lead Support Cannes and CES on the ground Run intake and route work through the agreed approval path
WHAT YOU'LL BRING 2-4
years in marketing, communications, or events, ideally on a global brand team Organized, calm, and quick; you keep many deadlines moving Copywriting and presentation design in a house template Familiarity with CMS, social, CRM, or entry platforms A sharp eye for visual and written consistency Experience hosting clients or guests at events

Bankside, London or New York (in-person collaboration is part of how we work) You'll partner across teams globally; early or late collaboration happens during pitches, tentpoles, and announcements.
