Job Description

Overview The Seasonal Producer leads assigned programming from development through delivery, overseeing creative direction, production execution, and editorial quality. This role serves as a significant creative contributor within the seasonal workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production of assigned programming or features. Ability to step in as show-runner on certain internal projects. Establish creative vision, story structure, and editorial approach for a segment or feature. Manage shoots, interviews, and production logistics. Oversee all phases of post-production and final delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines. Ensure editorial accuracy, compliance, and creative excellence. Participate in creative discussions and pitches ideas. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in film, television, media, communications, creative writing, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience producing sports, documentary, or feature content. Strong editorial and storytelling skills and expert level skills using Avid Media Composer. Proven ability to play a core role in complex productions. Deep knowledge of professional football and sports media. Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel Occasional travel for production needs.
