Full Job Description Position Purpose:
The Producer / On-Camera Presenter manages execution of in-store studio content by owning production planning, coordination and delivery within a retail environment. This role is responsible for producing product-focused short-form content and serving as on-camera talent to communicate product features, benefits, and usage in a clear and engaging way. The role partners with merchandising, store associates, creative, post-production, social, project management and other marketing teams to ensure content is prioritized, scheduled, and delivered on time and on budget. This role requires a highly organized, self-directed associate who takes ownership of execution, collaborates effectively across teams, and performs confidently on-camera in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
60% Production Management & Execution Owns execution of in-store studio production Partners with merchants, store associates, project managers, editors, social, how-to, and marketing teams to align on priorities and timelines Develops and manages production schedules Coordinates shoot logistics including product readiness, approved scripts, production notes and more Ensures content is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality and safety standards Acts as primary point of contact for in-store studio execution Clearly communicates deliverables, timelines, expectations. Takes direction well from several stakeholders. Identifies risks, addresses issues quickly, and adjusts execution plans as needed Supports development of a repeatable production model for in-store studio content Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and execution speed Contributes to documenting workflows and best practices Maintains good working relationships with store associates 40% On-Camera Presentation Serves as primary on-camera talent, representing brand voice and product authority Communicates product features, benefits, pricing, and use cases clearly and effectively Demonstrates product usage in a way that is engaging, informative, and customer-focused Delivers content in a confident, natural, and compelling manner Maintains consistency in tone and on-camera presence across content

Direct Reports Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Experience in content production, hosting, or on-camera roles Comfortable and confident on camera Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to deliver work on time and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and accountability Experience in retail, product marketing, or content creation environments preferred Familiarity with channel-specific content strategies to drive engagement based on audience trends and habits

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
