  • Key Responsibilities and Duties Oversee full production operations including processing, filling, packaging, and labeling Lead, develop, and manage salaried and hourly production teams Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Execute production strategies aligned with business goals and budget targets Monitor and improve KPIs including safety, quality, efficiency, waste, and cost Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations Manage production scheduling to meet inventory and demand requirements Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Lead capital project support and operational enhancements Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and internal control standards Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence across production areas Qualifications•Needed High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred) Strong background in production operations, budgeting, and financial data management Experience with GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in fast-paced environments Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, CI) Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure A bit about us:•Founded decades ago and based in Las Cruces, NM, with operations across multiple global regions, we are a leading provider of food and beverage ingredients, delivering innovative, high-quality, and sustainable solutions to manufacturers worldwide.
