In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire culinary manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will drive excellence in food safety, quality control, and operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative team environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative culinary production strategies and elevate our brand standards through dynamic management and process optimization. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of culinary production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Develop and implement production plans using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP to optimize resource utilization and meet demand forecasts. Manage daily operations across manufacturing teams, including assembly lines, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of products. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques to reduce waste and enhance productivity. Analyze production data using Excel and supply chain analytics tools to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and improve overall efficiency. Oversee supply chain management activities related to raw materials procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Maintain strict quality control standards through regular inspections, audits, and adherence to food safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on plant management, mechanical maintenance, and operations management to ensure seamless production processes. Requirements Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or culinary arts environments with a strong understanding of manufacturing management principles. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; experience with MRP systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, lean management, process improvement techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in Excel data analysis for tracking KPIs, inventory levels, and operational metrics. Mechanical knowledge related to plant equipment maintenance and assembly processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective leadership capabilities with a focus on team development, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
