Responsibilities:

• Oversee shift operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
• Manage and lead a team of employees during shift, providing guidance and support
• Monitor and ensure proper stock rotation
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise during shift
• Train new employees on company standards and procedures
• Collaborate with other assistant managers to ensure consistent quality and service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures
• Excellent team management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Theater Management Experience is a plus
