Enjoy a dedicated administrative team to handle customer scheduling and billing bottlenecks. Your Role (What You'll Do) As the operational anchor you will command daily operations, mentor talent, and ensure flawless project execution.
Execute High-Impact Operations & Leadership Command Day-to-Day Logistics:
Lead the entire workflow of the installation division while providing cross-functional support to our production teams. Train & Mentor an
Elite Crew:
Onboard, coach, and develop new installers to ensure consistency, velocity, and five-star quality standards.
Enforce Quality Control:
Conduct technical field measurements and audit jobs to guarantee perfect order placement and zero manufacturer defects.
Resolve Escalated Issues:
Step in as the primary technical resource to rapidly troubleshoot material issues, manufacturer defects, or customer concerns.
Strategic & Administrative Integration Financial Reconciliation:
Review and reconcile vendor invoices with tight accuracy to protect division profitability.
Cross-Functional Resource:
Serve as the ultimate technical resource for our sales, marketing, and office teams to align customer expectations with field execution.
Operational Agility:
Support the administrative office with overflow communication and strategic scheduling during peak project volumes. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) We look for proven leaders who know how to manage a construction team from material arrival to final walk-through.
Proven Operations Track Record:
Minimum 2+ years of success in home improvement management, residential remodeling leadership, or construction project management. The "Flawless Execution"
Mindset:
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment built around immediate problem-solving and high-velocity project turns.
Technical Carpentry Mastery:
Strong background in frame carpentry, light plumbing, and bathroom remodeling is a plus.
Logistical Competence:
Familiarity with vendor relations, high-volume ordering structures, and strict inventory control.
Mobility Requirements:
