Job DescriptionThe Production Manager is responsible for providing the highest level of in-plant technical services in the areas of Forming, Job Change, Mold Repair, Machine Repair, Refiners and Forehearths. Provides technical and continuous improvement through an application of lean six sigma principles to achieve high quality and high line efficiency outcomes.
Experience supervising and training employees and managing cross-functional teamsAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationBe able to support job changes and improvement initiativesProject management skillsAbility to operate and train others on glass forming machines QualificationsBachelor Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent years of experiencePrevious glass industry experience, specifically in glass formingPrior experience in job change and machine repair is preferredPrevious experience supervising/leading people and processes in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.

The Production Manager will:

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is between $105,000 - $120,000 and includes a possible 15% short-term incentive bonus.
