Job Description
The Production Manager will:
Manage department and discipline leaders in mold repair, machine repair and formingProvide technical and financial oversight in areas of accountabilityCollaborate with production teams to help them achieve their goals for safe, quality packed tonsDrive adherence and compliance to Manufacturing Fundamentals in areas of accountabilityResponsible for managing and forecasting major projectsThe Production Manager should have:Experience supervising and training employees and managing cross-functional teamsAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationBe able to support job changes and improvement initiativesProject management skillsAbility to operate and train others on glass forming machines QualificationsBachelor Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent years of experiencePrevious glass industry experience, specifically in glass formingPrior experience in job change and machine repair is preferredPrevious experience supervising/leading people and processes in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is between $105,000 - $120,000 and includes a possible 15% short-term incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.O-I offers a very generous benefit package - some of the highlights are:
