Job Overview The Video Producer is responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports the mission and ministries of New Ridge. This role leads the capture/production, and delivery of video and photography content for worship services, events, communications, marketing, and digital platforms. The Video Lead works closely with the Technical Director and communications staff to tell stories, promote engagement, and enhance the overall worship experience through creative media. Duties Create compelling video, photo, and graphic content that supports the vision and mission of New Ridge. Produce promotional videos, testimonies, announcements, ministry highlights, event recaps, and social media content. Identify and capture impactful stories that celebrate life change and ministry impact. Assist in developing creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies for church-wide initiatives. Edit efficiently and deliver content optimized for in-service playback, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Maintain quality standards for video production, editing, color correction, audio, and motion graphics. Capture high-quality photography for worship services, ministry activities, special events, and promotional materials. Organize, manage, and maintain media assets for future ministry and marketing use. Ensure photography reflects the culture, values, and mission of New Ridge. Partner with church leadership and ministry teams to create content that supports communication and outreach goals. Develop content for social media, websites, email communications, digital signage, and advertising campaigns. Other duties as assigned by the Tech Director. Qualifications A committed Christian who embodies New Ridge Fellowship's vision and values. Proven experience in creative work and design. Familiarity and knowledge with video, photography, and digital cinema equipment. Familiarity with supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ability to capture video and sound with excellent quality. Desire to learn and grow as a part of production team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with volunteers and staff. Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus during production and editing. Availability for production dates, services and events at New Ridge. Servant-Hearted - willing to work behind the scenes for the sake of the team. Flexible & Adaptable -can pivot when things change, which happens often in church life. Teachable - takes direction from the Technical Director and gives feedback well to volunteers.
