This role exists not for technical excellence alone, but to faithfully use sound, video, and media in ways that support worship, strengthen communication, and help the congregation participate fully in the life of the church.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS A
heart for worship and a desire to serve God and the church through technical ministry Experience mixing audio successfully in the live environment Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; works well with pastors, musicians, staff, and volunteers Ability to troubleshoot quickly and stay calm under pressure while multitasking during live services Dependable, punctual, and responsive to direction and feedback Current Child Abuse, FBI Criminal Background, and other clearances required by the church Preferred Technical Proficiency Reaper or similar audio software Shotcut or similar video editor EasyWorship or similar presentation software Behringer X32 or comparable digital mixing console Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro or comparable video switcher Standard word processing software (Word, Google Docs, etc.) Additional information regarding responsibilities can be provided upon request.
Pay:
$13,500.00 - $15,000.00 per year
