Job Description

Manage the end-to-end production workflow for Pride's in-house marketing initiatives, including print, digital, video, photography, and vendor coordination and overseeing workflow for a broader marketing team
  • Lead and mentor direct reports while managing overall marketing workflow
  • Oversee intake, prioritization, and execution of all marketing projects from concept through delivery
  • Navigate ambiguity by clarifying project requirements and making informed decisions when information is incomplete
  • Adjust timelines and priorities as needed to accommodate changing business needs without compromising quality
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, create briefs, scopes, and objectives
  • Maintain and update the annual marketing calendar
  • Lead weekly creative project check-in meetings with design, web, and digital teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communication between internal departments
  • Proactively communicate progress and obstacles to ensure timelines are met
  • Take ownership of follow-up and escalation needs
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and quality checked
  • Determine resources required for each project
  • Coordinate assets for sales collateral, photography, video shoots, digital campaigns, and web projects
  • Manage rounds of proofing, printing, and delivery
  • Utilize project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, etc.) for planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Advocate for best practices in workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate on post-project analysis to identify improvements for future initiatives
  • Staff management including documenting and communicating objectives, positively impacting employee morale, motivating team members, conducting performance appraisals, and appropriately addressing individual or group performance issues
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Assign, train, and develop staff based on experience and departmental goals
  • Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Develop a "Strong 2nd" for your area of responsibility
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
  • Must be a self-starter, friendly, team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to:

  • Strong working knowledge of Monday.com project management system preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems, Canva, and Adobe Suite preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or production management within a marketing environment
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with project management software
  • At least 2 years of experience with supervising at least 2 staff members preferred
  • At least 2 years of agency experience highly preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
