As an Associate Producer, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our agency by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to attract new clients. The Role :
Lead Generation:
Actively identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and digital marketing efforts.
Client Outreach:
Initiate contact with potential clients, educate them about the agency's insurance offerings, and establish rapport to create lasting business relationships.
Needs Assessment:
Understand the insurance needs of potential clients by conducting thorough assessments and consultations.
Solution Presentation:
Present tailored insurance solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and providing them with the information required to make informed decisions.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met while demonstrating the agency's commitment to exceptional service.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Sales Support:
Working alongside a dedicated mentor, collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into clients and assist in the onboarding process.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress and provide regular reports to the management team.
The Tools:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Completion of Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 Days.
