Overview We're the latest app for immersive romance stories. Our audio content blends film-style production with quality voice talent and storytelling to create a fully immersive listening experience. Featuring incredible voices from all over the community, you and our Creators lie at the heart of what we do. Are you an audio drama aficionado who knows what makes a story sound spectacular? We are looking for an Audio Producer who is also a native member of the web novel and storytelling ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and execution. By leveraging your industry vocabulary and connections, you will oversee the adaptation and production of audiobooks, ensuring they resonate perfectly with the overseas target audience.
Responsibilities End-to-End Production Guidance:
Oversee the audio adaptation process from script evaluation and casting to post-production quality control.
Vendor & Talent Management:
Source, negotiate with, and manage overseas voice actors, recording studios, and production vendors using professional industry vernacular.
Creative Adaptation:
Adapt domestic or localized IPs (web novels/scripts) into audio formats that align with the listening habits and cultural nuances of overseas audiences.
Resource Integration:
Bring in premium talent and production resources from your own network to elevate product quality and optimize production efficiency. Requirements ndustry
Practitioner:
Proven experience in film/TV production, scriptwriting, audio drama directing, or audiobook adaptation.
Audio Enthusiast:
A heavy consumer of Western/global audiobooks, podcasts, or audio dramas with a keen ear for pacing, sound design, and vocal performance. The "Lingo"
Expert:
Possess the exact industry vocabulary and cultural context needed to communicate seamlessly and authoritatively with overseas creators and studios.
Resource Wealth:
Active resources in the overseas creative circle (voice talent, audio editors, studios, or translators).
Pay:
$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
