+ Equity in the Company Hamilton Exteriors is growing. We are hiring an experienced project manager to oversee all production across our Custom Homes

+ Roofing projects. This is a hybrid role. You will split your time between our Castro Valley office and job sites across the Bay Area.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and manage production schedules Track budgets and control project costs Coordinate crews and subcontractors across jobs Keep quality and inspections on track Help develop the production team as we expand

YOUR EXPERIENCE

You have run custom home projects from foundation to final inspection You can read construction plans You know how to lead trades and hold people accountable Our project coordinator handles material orders. Your focus is leading production.

WHAT YOU GET

Base pay of $60,000 to $120,000 per year Profit Sharing Equity in the Company A full-time W-2 role in the Bay Area Our goal is to become California's leading home improvement company. We want the production leader who will help us get there.
