This is not a ceremonial credit. We are looking for someone who can contribute materially at a senior level across development, packaging, production strategy, financing, attachments, partnerships, and the transition of projects into production. Our current slate includes scripted narrative projects, documentary work, cinematic AI-assisted production, digital properties, sizzle development, and new radio/podcast programming. Depending on background, the Executive Producer may contribute to:

• Development and project prioritization
• Packaging and producer/talent attachments
• Financing strategy and investor/partner discussions
• Budget and production-plan review
• Distribution and platform strategy
• Network, studio, production-company, sales, or distribution relationships
• Sizzle reels, pitch materials, and presentations
• Location and incentive strategy
• Recruitment and oversight of producers and production personnel
• Strategic partnerships and introductions
• Preparing selected projects for physical production
• Senior-level problem solving across the ECP slate
• Helping build a production structure beneath the Executive Producer/CEO so day-to-day execution does not remain centralized at the top We are especially interested in candidates with established industry relationships and demonstrated ability to help move independent projects from development into financing, packaging, production, distribution, or meaningful strategic partnerships.

This is presently a project-based opportunity involving written deferred compensation and/or defined backend participation. There is no guaranteed upfront cash compensation at this stage. Any compensation, participation, credit, scope, and triggering events will be clearly documented and agreed upon before work begins.
