About the Role The Senior Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team focused on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion through subscription and cloud-based solutions. This role establishes disciplined sales processes, fosters a customer-centric culture, and partners cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline development and business performance. Why Join Us? At Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-impact sales organization focused on transforming how customers adopt subscription, cloud, and data-driven technologies across the manufacturing industry. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team of 8-12 reps to exceed revenue and performance targets Establish and maintain a disciplined operating rhythm, including pipeline management and sales cadence Drive a customer-centric sales approach to improve renewal rates and long-term account value Partner with sales enablement and cross-functional teams to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities Promote adoption of subscription and cloud-based solutions Collaborate with channel partners and field sales teams to drive aligned execution Conduct quarterly business planning and performance reviews Act as a liaison across functions to ensure strong collaboration Provide structured customer feedback to product and leadership teams Optimize sales processes using digital tools, automation, and AI Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with a high level of accuracy (~5% variance) Contribute to strategic planning and performance analysis Drive consistent overachievement of sales targets and quotas across the teamQualifications Must Have:
8+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B commercial sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas Demonstrated experience in pipeline management and forecasting with a high level of accuracy (targeting ~5% variance) Strong ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Nice toHave:
Experience with SaaS or subscription-based selling Background in manufacturing or industrial technology Experience working with channel partners Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools Exposure to AI-driven sales tools Work Environment This is a remote role based in the United States. The work environment is primarily a home office setting with standard business equipment.
