• Role Overview
• We are seeking an experienced Producer/Project Manager to lead content creation and production initiatives across multiple projects. This role is responsible for driving project outcomes from concept to launch, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality content that meets business and audience needs.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end content and media production projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.

Develop project roadmaps, production strategies, and innovative solutions to complex creative challenges. Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external vendors to execute production plans. Drive creative and technical vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs. Establish and improve production processes, templates, and best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and budgets. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe team environment.

• Required Qualifications
• Experience in content production, media production, marketing, or related fields.

Strong expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and production planning. Knowledge of content management, budgeting, and creative development processes. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.
