$70,000-$85,000 Company Vehicle Provided Are you an experienced window and door professional who knows what a great installation looks like and wants the opportunity to take ownership of making sure every project is done right? Wallaby Windows of Nashville is seeking an experienced Window & Door Production Manager to take ownership of our residential projects from final measurement through successful installation and completion. This position requires meaningful professional window and door experience. The ideal candidate has a background in window and door installation, final measurement, service, installation management or production management and can independently evaluate openings, installation conditions and project requirements. This is not an entry-level project management position. You'll perform final measurements, prepare projects for installation, support and oversee our installation crews, visit active jobsites, manage project readiness, troubleshoot field and service issues, and help ensure every homeowner receives an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on, field-based role, not a desk job. What You'll Own Final Measurements & Project Readiness Perform accurate final field measurements for residential window and door projects prior to ordering. Verify opening dimensions, product configurations, installation methods, field conditions and other technical requirements. Identify potential installation challenges before they become jobsite problems. Review sold project scopes and specifications for accuracy and completeness. Help ensure products, materials and job-specific supplies are ready before installation. Installation & Jobsite Management Serve as a primary field representative for Wallaby during active installations. Visit and oversee jobsites to ensure projects are progressing according to scope and Wallaby's standards. Support installation crews with project information, technical questions, materials and issue resolution. Inspect installation quality, workmanship and project completion. Help maintain clean, organized and professional jobsites, including assisting with cleanup when necessary to protect the customer's home and maintain Wallaby standards. Identify workmanship or project concerns early and coordinate appropriate corrective action. Assist with service work, adjustments and minor field repairs when appropriate. Materials, Inventory & Field Support Maintain awareness of commonly used installation materials, supplies and field inventory. Help organize and maintain company tools, supplies and inventory. Prepare and stage job-specific materials as needed. Make material and supplier runs when additional products or supplies are needed to keep an installation moving. Coordinate receiving and inspection of products and help identify shortages, damage or order discrepancies. Assist with supplier and product-related issues when necessary. Customer & Project Communication Represent Wallaby professionally in customers' homes and on every jobsite. Communicate proactively with homeowners regarding installation progress, field conditions and project-related concerns. Help resolve issues quickly and professionally while protecting both the customer experience and the Company's interests. Coordinate effectively between customers, installers, suppliers, sales and company leadership. Maintain appropriate project documentation, measurements, photos and field notes. Operational Support Support the broader day-to-day field operations of a growing home-improvement company. Assist with maintaining an organized company vehicle, tools, materials and operational equipment. Help deploy and retrieve yard signs and other project-related marketing materials around active jobsites when appropriate. Assist with deliveries, product movement and other field logistics. Support service visits, inspections and other operational activities as needed. Be willing to step outside the normal project-management routine when necessary to help the team, the customer or an active project succeed. What We're Looking For Window and door industry experience is required.

Our ideal candidate has:

3+ years of professional window and door installation, service, measurement, field supervision or project-management experience. Strong knowledge of residential window and door installation practices. Experience evaluating openings, installation conditions and appropriate installation methods. Final measurement experience is strongly preferred. The technical ability to become independently proficient in Wallaby's final-measurement process. Experience working with installation crews and subcontractors. Strong customer-facing communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. The ability to identify problems before they become expensive mistakes. A high degree of personal accountability and follow-through. A willingness to work in the field and contribute wherever necessary rather than managing exclusively from behind a desk. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Experience with multiple window and door manufacturers, full-frame and replacement installation methods, exterior trim/coil work, fiberglass and steel entry systems, service work or installation troubleshooting is especially valuable.
