As Senior Live Producer, you're the operational backbone of our upcoming live game, shaping the processes, pipelines, and cross-functional partnerships that will carry it from online tests through launch and beyond. You're not only the day-to-day planner, prioritizer, and advocate for a cross-functional live team spanning QA, release engineering, and production leadership, you're also the person leadership turns to for a clear read on test health, incident status, and what's coming next. Responsibilities Champion high-level live initiatives and coordinate across departments to hit delivery goals Maintain live team roadmap; triage, prioritize, and delegate tasks across the live team to keep operations running smoothly Partner with QA, Production Leadership, and Release Engineering to ensure successful first party submissions and proper issue tracking Communicate the health and status of online services regularly to leadership Coordinate incident reporting for online tests and live game; re-examine processes to future proof against similar issues Work with live team and partners to ensure new content and events are delivered to the community smoothly and on time Maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and external groups Identify operational and technical risks early and own mitigation strategies Play the game Requirements 5+ years' experience in the games industry, with meaningful time spent in live operations Good sense of perspective
