Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Stream Production Manager to lead and optimize our live streaming operations. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless execution of live broadcasts while maintaining high-quality standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline workflows, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver engaging content efficiently. Duties Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of live stream productions to ensure timely delivery and optimal quality. Coordinate with technical teams, content creators, and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations during broadcasts. Implement and monitor production management systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms such as SAP and manufacturing management tools like MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data using Excel and supply chain analytics to identify bottlenecks and enhance efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes through lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and lean management practices. Oversee quality control measures to ensure content meets brand standards and technical specifications. Utilize mechanical knowledge and manufacturing expertise to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly during live sessions. Qualifications Proven experience in production management, manufacturing management, or operations management within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of

SAP, ERP

systems, MRP, supply chain management, and supply chain analytics tools. Demonstrated ability in process improvement techniques such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and lean management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Solid understanding of production scheduling, planning, assembly processes, and quality control standards. Mechanical aptitude combined with strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
