1 Role Description As a Visual Merchandising Production/ Project Manager , you will manage 2D production for North America retail store rollouts, ensuring quality standards, budgets, and project timelines are met. You will support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, creative production, and day-to-day workflow coordination while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing assets on schedule. This role is ideal for a highly organized project coordinator with experience in visual production, retail marketing, or creative project management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate 2D production for retail store rollouts and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and distribute production-ready mechanical files and artwork.
- Support campaign rendering, versioning, and asset production.
- Partner with North America, Global, and Sales teams to develop production strategies and vendor distribution lists.
- Respond to and fulfill marketing field requests.
- Create, organize, and maintain marketing briefs and project documentation.
- Track production schedules, project timelines, and asset deliveries using Excel and internal systems.
- Support the installation of graphics, window displays, and pop-up activations while ensuring quality control of fabrication and installation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Visual Production, Marketing, or Creative Project Management, preferably within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience managing marketing or creative production projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to perform occasional lifting as required.
