This role is vital in delivering high-quality broadcasts that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for live media production, technical proficiency with broadcast equipment, and a creative eye for visual storytelling. As a Live Stream Producer, you will coordinate all aspects of live events, ensuring seamless performance from setup to final delivery. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end production of live streaming events, including pre-production planning, setup, execution, and post-event review. Operate and troubleshoot broadcast studio equipment such as cameras, audio systems, lighting rigs, and video switchers to ensure optimal quality. Manage live video editing using media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to create polished broadcasts. Ensure audio and video processing systems are functioning correctly during live events for clear sound and crisp visuals. Monitor broadcast quality throughout the event, making real-time adjustments as needed to maintain professional standards. Post-production tasks include editing recorded streams for highlights or promotional content and archiving footage for future use. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in live event AV production projects and incorporate innovative techniques into broadcasts. Qualifications Proven experience in live event AV production or broadcast studio operation with a strong portfolio of streamed content. Skilled in filming, videography, lighting systems for video production, and theatrical lighting equipment setup. Familiarity with rigging techniques for lighting and camera setups in live environments. Knowledge of audio systems management including audio mixing and sound reinforcement for live productions. Experience working with broadcast studio equipment such as video switchers, cameras, microphones, and streaming hardware/software platforms. Strong understanding of media editing workflows for post-production enhancements.(Overlays, OBS studio, Twitch, Kick, ect.) Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and technical staff.
