Collaborate with the Quality department to establish objectives focused on minimizing scrap, decreasing customer grievances, and documenting non-conformances. Optimize operational efficiency by refining manpower distribution, 5-S standards, and facility organization. Partner with the maintenance team to help maximize equipment reliability and uptime. Utilize analytical, data-backed insights to resolve complex manufacturing challenges. Be prepared for occasional travel by air or vehicle, estimated at 10-20% of the time. Professional Qualifications Candidates are expected to hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field of study. You must have substantial, hands-on experience with die casting processes, specifically within the automotive sector, along with a minimum of three years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. We are looking for a proven track record of enhancing safety standards, controlling costs, and improving delivery and quality metrics. Furthermore, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to utilizing data-driven metrics to identify production trends and address operational vulnerabilities.
