We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of our construction operations and help us build a highly organized, scalable production department. This is not a desk-only position, and it is not simply a superintendent role. We are looking for a strong construction operator who can oversee multiple active projects, manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, identify problems before they become delays, and ensure every project consistently moves toward completion. The Role The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing Honeyrock Outdoors' active construction portfolio from project handoff through final completion. Your primary objective will be simple: Keep every active project organized, scheduled, moving, and progressing toward completion and billing milestones. You will oversee the master production schedule, project managers and field personnel, subcontractor scheduling, material readiness, project sequencing, inspections, project constraints, and overall production accountability. You will work closely with ownership, project management, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and administrative personnel. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the master production schedule for all active projects Create and maintain detailed 2-week, 30-day, and long-range production forecasts Ensure every active project has a clear next action and scheduled next step Coordinate subcontractors across multiple simultaneous residential construction projects Schedule trades in advance to prevent unnecessary project downtime Track project milestones and anticipated completion dates Identify project delays, constraints, and bottlenecks before they impact production Coordinate material, equipment, labor, inspection, and subcontractor readiness Manage project sequencing across pools, hardscapes, concrete, landscaping, structures, utilities, and related scopes Lead weekly production meetings Maintain accurate project schedules and updates within Buildertrend Hold project managers, field personnel, and subcontractors accountable to schedules Review project progress against contracted scope Coordinate project closeouts, punch lists, and final completion Help prioritize production based on project status, client commitments, and billing milestones Communicate construction schedules and production issues clearly with ownership Develop and maintain a reliable subcontractor and trade-partner network Assist with subcontractor performance evaluation and replacement when necessary Work with estimating and sales to ensure clean handoff from sold project into production Ensure new projects are properly prepared before construction begins Assist with implementing and improving company production systems and SOPs Help Honeyrock Outdoors scale production capacity without sacrificing quality or client experience What Success Looks Like A successful Production Manager at Honeyrock Outdoors will create a production environment where: Every active project has a clear owner Every project has a current schedule Every project has a defined next action Subcontractors are scheduled before they are needed Projects do not sit unnecessarily Problems are identified early Production milestones are consistently achieved Projects move predictably toward invoicing and completion Punch lists and closeouts happen quickly Ownership has accurate visibility into the entire production pipeline Qualifications We are looking for someone with significant construction management experience. Preferred candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: Custom residential construction Luxury home construction High-end remodeling Swimming pool construction Outdoor living construction Hardscape construction Landscape design-build General contracting Multi-project residential construction management Ideal qualifications include: 5+ years of construction project management or production management experience Experience managing multiple simultaneous residential projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing Strong subcontractor management experience Ability to build and manage detailed construction schedules Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Ability to identify problems and create solutions without constant direction Strong leadership and accountability skills Comfortable working both in the office and in the field Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred Ability to read plans, construction documents, and project scopes Understanding of construction budgeting and job-cost awareness Valid driver's license and reliable transportation The Person We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and accountable. Compensation Base Salary:

$100,000-$125,000 per year, based on experience In addition to base salary, this position will be eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to production performance and overall company goals.
