ERS is seeking a Multimedia Producer to perform advanced (senior-level) multimedia production work as part of Digital Communications and Creative Design team in the Benefits Communication (BCOM) Division. Work involves creative development of multimedia content including but not limited to video, photography, animations, podcasts, slides, graphics, and other forms of digital media. Role will include graphic design responsibilities, video editing support for social media, and livestreaming and recording events, as well as collaboration on content development to drive member engagement and support internal employee communication initiatives. The Multimedia Producer is responsible for scheduling, setup and production of multimedia content including integration of audio and visual components. Works under limited supervision of BCOM Assistant Director, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Serves as the agency's Multimedia Producer Collaborates with agency staff on multimedia content needed for agency publications, social media and other communication channels. Coordinates the scheduling, setup, and production of prerecorded and real-time live multimedia content including, but not limited to photography, videography and sound recording. Mixes and edits audio recordings, including adding sound effects, music etc. and ensures sound balancing and audio quality for use in multimedia content or other distribution needs. Records and produces agency podcasts by applying strong storytelling techniques and industry best practices to ensure high-quality audio and engaging listener experiences. Maintains audio and visual media libraries and catalogs. Shoots and edits videos for internal and external communications, tailoring content to audiences as appropriate and maintaining and promoting ERS's brand and style. Develops, conceptualizes, and produces multimedia projects or campaigns, including the creation of storyboards, graphics, animations, planning for the use of talent, writing and visualization of scripts, and the use of graphics. Performs photographic work. Prepares lighting and arranges for photographs. May coordinate photo shoots with internal employees and/or contracted photographers. Provides digital imagery services, such as producing and editing videos, operating video equipment and close captioning recorded presentations and videos. Is responsible for care and maintenance of agency's photography and videography equipment. Is responsible for upkeep and organization of the Benefits Communications studio. Serves in a consultative capacity for audio/visual software and equipment. Recommends equipment and digital imagery software updates and provides input regarding the equipment and procurement processes. Strategizes with the BCOM team on goals for video production and may propose to BCOM leadership how to reach those goals. Evaluate, review, and select multimedia content for publication and distribution, ensuring that content meets quality standards. Recommend distribution strategies for targeted multimedia content. Recommend solutions to multimedia production issues and setbacks. Stays up to date on latest multimedia trends including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and incorporates best practices into work products responsibly and effectively. Advises and assists with agency video recording and streaming equipment as needed. Works with executive leadership on strategic video content for internal and stakeholder audiences. Records and assists with streaming and recording of agency meetings and events. Must develop a thorough understanding of the audiovisual capabilities and equipment in ERS's auditorium and conference spaces. Must develop good working relationships with ERS staff and external vendors who support these functions. Serves as Creative Media Designer Works with BCOM Graphic Designer in creating, designing and producing a variety of graphic projects including ERS publications, letterhead, business cards, posters, display boards, signs, logos, presentations, web graphics, and other collateral pieces—using traditional and new creative options to meet agency standards and deadlines, and as part of a comprehensive communications effort. Creates images and assists with managing the image libraries for digital newsletters and social media posts. May develop layouts and production design of printed and digital publications, such as digital newsletters, reports, and other publications. Serves as social media support Works with the BCOM Digital Commutations Coordinator to support social media content development and scheduling. Strategizes on benefits communications campaigns based on agency initiatives and events. Supports image, video and soundbite creation as needed. May develop editorial content as needed. Performs related work as assigned. Attends work regularly in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies. Complies with all applicable agency policies and procedures, including safety and standards of conduct.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Your application for employment must reflect how you meet each of the following minimum qualifications: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in multimedia design, digital media, communications, film production or a related field. Qualifying experience beyond the minimum required may substitute for education. Three (3) years of professional experience of producing video content for an organization. Qualifying experience includes some or all of the following: Video production and editing; Content creation and storytelling; Video equipment management; Video editing software using Adobe Premier. Three (3) years of professional experience as a photographer for an organization: Qualifying experience includes some or all of the following: Shoot coordination and scheduling; Photography equipment management; Photo editing and retouching using Photoshop or other Adobe Creative Cloud software. Two (2) years of professional experience in graphic design using Adobe Create Cloud software (InDesign and/or Illustrator) Demonstrated professional experience in editing audio, video or multimedia content. Preferred Qualifications:
