This role leads assignments from the initial brief through creative development, review and final delivery, bringing together the right resources and partners to deliver high-quality work efficiently. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Integrated Producer serves as the single point of accountability for assigned work. They initiate and direct workflows, assemble integrated creative teams, manage timelines and dependencies, coordinate required reviews and ensure final deliverables are complete and ready for release. What You'll Do Own projects from initial brief through creative development, approvals and final delivery. Translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines, deliverables and responsibilities. What You'll Bring 5-7+ years of integrated production, creative production, project management or related experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience managing projects across multiple channels and formats, including digital, video, broadcast, events, social or editorial content. Demonstrated ability to own projects from brief through final delivery while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong understanding of creative workflows and how copy, design, video and other disciplines come together to deliver finished work. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders and approval processes; experience in regulated environments is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact delivery. Sound judgment and the ability to balance speed, quality and process based on project needs and risk level. Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with the confidence to drive accountability and keep work moving.
