This role will begin onsite 3-4 days per week, with the opportunity for onsite requirements to taper as the producer becomes established.

Photo Producer Perks:

Photo Producer Requirements:

Approximately 5 years of production experience; exceptional candidates with three or more years may be considered. Strong portfolio demonstrating well-organized, thoughtfully planned photo shoots. Experience presenting pre-production decks and communicating production strategy. Capture One & Adobe Creative Cloud is a must . Full availability for a standard 40-hour work week without conflicting freelance commitments.

Photo Producer Responsibilities:

Manage photo shoots from pre-production planning through final wrap. Develop and present pre-production decks to internal stakeholders. Lead onsite production while maintaining a detailed, organized process. Coordinate freelance photographers, DITs, and production crews. Keep lifestyle and food photography projects on schedule through proactive communication.
