Content and paid advertising have played an important role in that growth, generating millions of organic impressions while supporting a rapidly growing Meta advertising program. We own the creative process from concept through production. Our Rice Lake headquarters includes professional video and photography studios, multiple UTV test vehicles, an off-road test course, engineering lab, and 75,000 sq. ft. facility. The Role We're looking for a talented videographer, photographer, and editor who understands that great advertising creative is not simply about making something look good. It's about communicating product value and driving customer action. You will primarily take creative concepts, product priorities, and advertising objectives from RAVEK's marketing and leadership team and execute them from planning through capture, editing, iteration, and final production. You will also contribute ideas and improve concepts as you work. The role requires analytical thinking, comprehensive execution, and creativity. We are looking for a self-starter who takes direction, plans thoroughly, stays organized, and reliably moves creative work from concept to finished assets. What You'll Do Translate product priorities, advertising concepts, and customer value propositions into compelling video and photography for Meta advertising Plan, shoot, and edit product demonstrations, problem/solution videos, comparisons, testimonials, installation content, lifestyle footage, and other advertising creative Develop and execute variations of hooks, openings, messaging angles, calls to action, video lengths, formats, and product positioning Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, stabilization equipment, and other production equipment in the studio, shop, test course, and on location Capture comprehensive footage, angles, compositions, and variations so the team has flexibility to test multiple creative executions Edit performance-focused short-form video in Adobe Premiere Pro, including motion graphics, captions, product callouts, sound design, music, and color correction Use After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, AI-assisted tools, and other creative software when useful. Turn assigned concepts into shot lists, storyboards, production plans, and schedules; coordinate products, vehicles, locations, talent, and props Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining an organized library of raw footage, B-roll, photography, audio, templates, and finished creative Review creative performance with the marketing team and use results and feedback to improve future production and testing Required Qualifications 2+ years of professional videography, video editing, advertising production, or similar experience Strong Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency and professional camera, lighting, composition, and audio skills Working photography capability and strong understanding of frame rates, shutter speeds, exposure, focus, lighting, and shooting for post-production Ability to take a creative objective or concept and execute the production process through a finished asset. Strong organization and project-management skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently, take direction well, and follow projects through to completion Portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing capabilities Experience producing paid-social content is valuable, but we care more about analytical thinking, technical production ability, organization, initiative, and the capacity to learn what drives advertising performance. What Makes This Role Different Most videography roles are judged primarily on whether the finished product looks good. This role is judged on whether the creative works. You will work closely with marketers, engineers, product developers, and company leadership to understand the products and associated customer pain points, then execute advertising concepts that can be tested, measured, improved, and scaled. Interview & Assessment Process Candidates advancing through the interview process should expect a practical creative and technical assessment focused on how you think, plan, shoot, troubleshoot, organize, edit, and execute advertising creative. Location & Compensation This role requires being onsite at RAVEK's headquarters in Rice Lake, Wisconsin at least three days per week. RAVEK will cover agreed-upon transportation expenses associated with required travel to and from Rice Lake. Compensation will be based on experience, capabilities, portfolio quality, and demonstrated potential.
