Schedule:

Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games. Who We Are Looking For We want energetic, motivated individuals ready to learn. No prior sports experience is required —we value attitude, reliability, and initiative!

VIDEO PRODUCTION INTERN

Produce live baseball and create video content in a real-world sports environment. These positions offer extensive hands-on experience in live production, directing, editing, camera operations and digital content creation. What You'll Do Produce and direct the live video broadcast for Dock Spiders home games. Lead, train, and coordinate game-day camera operators and production staff. Create postgame highlight packages for the Dock Spiders website, YouTube, and social media platforms. Produce commercials, promotional videos, and other content for marketing and in-stadium use. Collaborate with marketing, social media, promotions, photography, and graphic design staff on creative content. Set up, maintain, and properly store video production equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced live-production environment. Help ensure Dock Spiders broadcasts meet or exceed Northwoods League production standards. Skills We're Looking For Experience with video production and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Wirecast, and YouTube production tools is preferred.
