Responsibilities Manage the CCTV shared inbox and review footage for damages and shortages. Investigate shipment discrepancies using CCTV footage. Process and complete requests in the Video Request System queue. Capture and save key images from footage for documentation. Maintain organized records of footage and images. Answer calls and support CCTV-related inquiries. Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements Education:

Currently pursuing a college degree.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
