It is part of the standard. This role is responsible for reviewing and quality-checking a wide range of materials across digital, print, broadcast, social media, presentations, websites, proposals, and client communications. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and takes genuine pride in catching the things others miss. This is a critical role within the organization. The Proofreader serves as one of the final layers of quality control before work leaves the building. What You'll Do As a Proofreader, you will work closely with creative, account service, media, digital, PR, and production teams to ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and client-ready.

Your responsibilities include:

Proofreading and qualitychecking creative materials across print, digital, broadcast, social, presentations, websites, and internal communications Reviewing spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, formatting, consistency, and brand standards Ensuring accuracy of phone numbers, URLs, disclaimers, legal copy, dates, pricing, and callstoaction Verifying consistency in tone, messaging, capitalization, spacing, and style usage Reviewing layouts and visual executions for alignment between copy and design Checking revisions carefully to ensure requested edits were completed correctly Supporting quality assurance processes before materials are released or published Communicating corrections clearly and professionally with internal teams Maintaining awareness of clientspecific preferences, standards, and style guidelines Assisting with final review of presentations, proposals, and important outbound communications This role requires someone who can stay focused, methodical, and highly accurate in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and moving parts.
