Multimedia Coordinator The Hollister Group - 4.2 Waltham, MA Job Details Part-time $32 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Bachelor's degree Computer skills Full Job Description Multimedia Coordinator (Temporary Position) Join our client's dynamic team as a Multimedia Coordinator, where your skills will play a vital role in supporting the production of multimedia content for a prestigious publication. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in every piece of content you help create.

Compensation :

$32.00 per hour

• Listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range. This role is part-time (25 hours/week) and remote. This is a contract position. Responsibilities Collaborate with production teams to meet daily content deadlines. Assist with transcripts, captions, and other multimedia content. Convert and format files while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Review audio, video, and written content for quality and accuracy. Prepare materials for internal review, following established style guidelines. Support the development of supplemental content, including summaries and blurbs. Manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 1 year of copyediting or proofreading experience within a publication environment, preferably involving multimedia content. Strong computer literacy, with experience in Web QA preferred. Basic understanding of XML or HTML is advantageous. Familiarity with change-tracking tools and markup conventions, alongside a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
