Minnetonka, MN Pay:
$25-$27/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM Location:
Minnetonka, MN 55345 Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist I to support a busy administrative and compliance team in Minnetonka. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys working with documents, records, and organized filing systems. In this role, you will help maintain accurate documentation and records related to import/export customs and trade compliance. What You'll Do Perform paper audits and review documents for accuracy Make edits and corrections to documentation as needed File and maintain records using numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and subject-based filing systems Assemble reports, technical documents, records, and correspondence Maintain organized and accurate files Support record keeping for customs and trade documents related to imports and exports Follow established procedures and documentation requirements Work closely with the Export/Import Customs & Trade Compliance team What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with paperwork and detailed documentation Ability to follow written procedures and maintain confidential records Basic computer and administrative skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply? $25-$27/hour Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Day shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 40 hours per week Great opportunity to gain professional administrative and compliance experience Entry-level candidates welcome Interested?
