The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team. Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents.What You Will Do:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Review and authorize employee overtime. Help resolve employee incidents. Distribute incoming application materials for processing. Be able to direct callers or tasks to other Human Resources Teams. Work with internal and external parties to resolve issues brought to the HR team. Requirements Two-year degree or one (1) year of work experience in human resources, human services or home care. Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field. Salary Description $23.50 - $25.00Benefits
