Job Description

  • Job Overview We are a creative agency specializing in branding, web design, print, and presentation development for continuing medical education.
Our team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to assist in formatting and organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with structured guidelines in a deadline-driven setting.
Primary Tasks:
Format and refine PowerPoint presentations in accordance with established style and citation guidelines Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high attention to detail across all materials Edit and adjust graphics as needed (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred) Utilize AI tools, as needed, to enhance precision and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines and project requirements Communicate clearly and effectively in a small team environment Provide availability for weekend work, as needed (primarily Fridays-Sundays during peak event times)
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in an agency or in-house creative team (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus) Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Strong attention to detail is required Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Proficiency in: Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred) Salary will be commensurate with experience. Must include a resume, samples of work to be considered. Potential PowerPoint formatting/guidelines assessment to follow initial interview.
